Automatic Monthly Donation:
You may choose to have a regular monthly donation deducted directly from your checking or savings account. All you need to do is download and complete the ACH Authorization Agreement and mail it to the Global Lifeworks office. We will confirm the receipt of your request via email prior to the first deduction.

To donate by credit card:
Click on the “Make a Donation” button, you will be directed to pay through a PayPal account or with your credit card. If you have a PayPal account already logged into your computer the option to pay by credit card will not automatically appear, just click the “I don’t have a PayPal account” and it will give you the option to pay by credit card.
